Myself and some other students were signed up with this agents for a year and it has to be said that 90% of all interactions with the firm was a let down, and over the course of the tenancy we must of been completely ignored on all almost all occasions.... Read Full Review

Overall AWFUL service. Great promises etc, but ultimately there was no feedback provided (without my prompting) from viewings - and despite my other agency pulling viewings in every week, Your Move went for a period of 4 months WITHOUT A VIEWING!! Worst estate agent you could possibly choose to use. Constantly late, don't turn up to booked viewings, don't complete proper checks on buyers, took my property off the market with no instruction to do so, don't provide updates on anything, you will have to constantly chase just to receive excuse... Absolutely diabolical from start to finish. They tricked my mum into signing up for a 20 week contract then proceeded to practically ignore us for the next 3 months. Had about 3 viewings in that time. Very rude when you ring for advice, didn't bother to update you on progress, gave the impression... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were pretty low but ended up paying another agent more just for the service and speed in selling/enthusiasm

Full of empty promises from start to finish!! They completely messed up the paperwork and through their fault alone left me and two young children without property to move into. This took six long drawn out weeks to happen and forced me to put my belongings into storage as they finally told me... Read Full Review
