We were really apprehensive about letting our property out as you hear so many horror stories, but I can only praise AJ Properties for their professionalism from start to finish. Particularly impressed with the speed at which they arranged a plumber to replace the defective boiler at the property, he was such a lovely young man not only did he fit the boiler to a high standard and the price was very reasonable, he even helped my husband who has a bad back to load some waste into his van which he disposed of at his own cost. Would 100 per cent recommend this agent to friends and family.

The house was nice, however dealing with the estate agents has been very difficult. They charge us for the smallest things (such as £20 for not taking a bin out) and have tried to take £300 from each of our deposits (4 man house) unjustifiably.
