AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE...It was clear from the outset how good Dale was at his job. It was obvious at the initial valuation how much homework the man had done before entering my property. He arrived armed with a large quantity of evidence in the form of similar properties sold and those currently on the market, to prove how his advice and opinion was justified. Furthermore, he also showed how he had his finger on the pulse as regards political changes to the housing market announced that morning and how it would affect my sale. Simply: Dale knew his stuff!! Although he was the agent who gave me the highest valuation and I was warned by people that estate agents, when they give you high valuations, are being unrealistic and are just acquiring your business and will then drop the price after a couple of weeks!, I followed the 'Which' magazine advice and chose the agent I felt most confident would achieve the most. Although my house was on the market at a funny time i.e. Christmas, it was successfully sold just after, for the full asking price, after a good number of viewings. If I had chosen from the other agents, it would have been undersold, in one case, by �15,000!!! This made a massive difference to my life, enabling me to retire to the English Riviera...suddenly that location came within my reach...thanks to Dale.
