Sold our property though them and it was one of the worse experiences of our lives. Verbal agreements and prior discussions to signing with them were not honoured in the contract. These were good, we agreed a tiered rate, so the more he got for me, the more he got...fair!!

We had a contract with another Estate Agent and in the 12 weeks we were with them we only had 3 viewings so decided to get Connells on board.
