The Robinson Jackson experience was a complete mess from start to finish. Steven was the agent in charge of selling the property and although very nice was completely hopeless at staying on top of things or staying in contact. We had to constantly chase him over viewings/ try and encourage him to get more viewings. He would regularly promise to phone straight back and then be out of touch for days. At one stage we had a sale fall through and it took Robinson Jackson nearly two weeks to work this out. Things only got worse when we moved onto the sales progression team once we had accepted an offer. No one appeared to in charge of the sale/care whether or not the sale progressed. We suddenly realised at one point that no one had done anything to progress our sale in a more than two week period. Robinson & Jackson's terrible service completely jeopardised our purchase and added a huge amount of stress to the process. By the end we effectively removed Robinson Jackson from the process and dealt with the solicitors and even the purchaser directly as it was the only way to get the sale through. To cap it off 30 minutes after completion I received an aggressive phone call from the manager asking where the keys were despite them having been in possession of them for the last three days! Their fees might be lower than other agents but the stress of trying to deal with them on a sale it not worth it.

He could have offered me support and he could have communicated with me on a regular basis. I find this so upsetting as I have never sold before so would have benefitted from their guidance considering I\'m paying them for a service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
