It was the worst experience ever. Last May, when we signed our contract they did not inform us from the agency that they were already looking to sell the property (something that we later found out from a staff member and from a sales advert online). Also, they used to inform us not even 24 hours before when they wanted to show the flat to prospective owners and tenants, without expecting a response from us, confirming that it would be fine for strangers to enter our flat the particular days and times. Moreover, when we had signed the contracts we had highlighted to them that we don't wish to move in the middle of our academic year, since we are students. However, prior to the expiration of the contract, even if they knew that we chose this flat because we could renew our contract, they sent me a text message asking me to evacuate the flat in 10 days; a procedure that is illegal, because every single agency needs to send a registered two month-notice in order for the tenants to leave the property. Additionally, they never fixed the heaters, even if I had called them three times, with the excuse that they didn't wish to tell the landlord to pay extra money to fix them. At this point it must be noted, that when we signed the contracts, the signature of the landlord was made by a staff member of the agency. Last but not least, they instructed us to rent a cleaning crew to perform a vast number of outrageous cleaning actions, the kind we have not experienced when we had entered the flat in the first place.
