Horrible experience. Contacted them to sell a property. Many call back and site visit promises but never got back to us. Called them many times to complain but it seems they do not take customers seriously. Worst state agent we have dealt with ever. Shame on them

We found the team at Sittingbourne branch, to be always to be hand when we needed them to progress the sale of our property. Sam, Adam, Tom and Julie were all brilliant to us while we were going through the sale, Julie kept up regular reports to how our chain was progressing throughout our sale . ... Read Full Review

Dallas at RMJ is apparently the area partner. His attitude towards buyers is absolutely atrocious. We unfortunately lost our buyer of our house, so informed him that we were contacting previous viewers to replace our old buyer.
