Lionyard lettings have always been very diligent when reporting any issues to them making sure your issue is looked into for a quick resolution, communication is always key in anything and this is something they do well at keeping the tenant informed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I found the fees to be very reasonable compared with a lot of other agents who in affect do the same searches.

As a management agency they are mediocre at best. Giuseppe Lopiccolo promises a lot, but not doing much. They often leave their tenants on their own with the property's problems.
