They have been the worst estate agents I have dealt with in the whole of harrow, they never kept me updated with a property we were in the throes of purchasing. One particular gentleman that we had the misfortune of dealing with 'Paul' was rude and unhelpful. He always sounded very put out whenever we had a query regarding the house like our questions were far too tedious for him to answer (at the end of the day he wasn't the one who was going to live in it), his sale technique was also appalling it's no wonder that estate agents have such a bad reputation when there are people like him in the industry . When our survey report highlighted considerable issues with the house and obviously we were well within our rights to re-negotiate our previous offer considering we had gone in on the asking price, we were appalled that his first reaction was that he was to put it back on the market. For this reason we decided to pull out and therefore due to his own mishandling of the situation his client lost out on their sale. I hope to never have to deal with him again. We had very good dealings with Foxtons instead at a difficult time in the market they sold our house in a matter of 2-3 months. They were professional, helpful and friendly. The complete opposite to Robertson Phillips. In addition when we first considered selling our house and rang round the different agents for valuations they were the least helpful and we never got a follow up call from them as to whether we wanted them to sell our house. Was very disappointed with them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
