Apart from a fallen in roof for over 3 months, this company appeared OK until we moved out. On moving in they failed to make amendments to the inventory as requested by us for items that were not present in the property. On moving out we were charged for these items (which had never been present in the property). We spent 3 days cleaning the property, only to be charged for a cleaner. It took over 2 months for us to get our deposit after having to request this several times. We received less than half after the reductions for apparent missing items. We were also charged for carpet damage despite when we moved in the carpet having several holes in it and a large burn (which we had reported). Would NOT recommend, and advise you make every effort to AVOID using this company.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
