Apart from a fallen in roof for over 3 months, this company appeared OK until we moved out. On moving in they failed to make amendments to the inventory as requested by us for items that were not present in the property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
