The Robert Oulsnam and Company office on the Hagley Road is our closest to the city centre of Birmingham and has been operating since 2002. The office stands on the bustling Hagley Road, one of the main thoroughfares on the way to the city centre at the junction with Bearwood Road. The office enjoys the most promi
nent position of all the Estate Agents and Letting Agents in the area. Our extensive LED window displays advertise an array of properties from studio apartments to large family homes, attracting vast attention from passing traffic and pedestrians.

We have lived in Bearwood for 15 years and in that time have rented a property and owned 2 in the last 14 years. We have always had dealings with local agents in the area well established at that. We approached a few local agents as well as Robert Oulsnam. Ben Palfrey initially came to visit us at the house after we made contact with the Bearwood office and following his professional yet personal visit, we had made a decision to use Robert Ouslnam as that is exactly how the company was portrayed. We were kept up to date all the time on the sale and purchase of our properties and the staff at the Hagley Road site were always helpful and always got back to us when they said they would . Jodie managed our sale and purchase and her enthusiasm and knowledge of our position throughout was excellent. The staff had listened to the type of property we were looking for and and found one for us we are very happy with. The overall service we received from the Hagley Road office was excellent and we would certainly recommend other people to use them. People may think that staff were just doing their job. But its the way in the staff carried out their job that made dealing with the Hagley Road site such a good experience. Well done to them all.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I think the estate agents fees charged were very reasonable as the job conducted by the staff, the marketing of the property and service provided is what you pay for. I would much rather pay a fair price knowing that the job is going to be carried out well than pay a cheap price to save money, at the same time I would be annoyed knowing I had paid too much money for a service that I did not feel I get.
