I would avoid this company like the plague. Derek Spires gave misleading information. A real snake in the grass and not to be trusted whatsoever.

Not impressed with the level of service by Derek Spires. In 5 months of being up for sale with them we achieved a total of 5 viewings. I suspect every one of them was due to the potential buyer looking us up on Rightmove and simply contacting Derek Spires as they were our point of contact. None of... Read Full Review
