Goadsby lack and and ownership, simple. I have raised the issue of my bedroom window being ajar 4 times now by means of 1 management visit, 1 phone call and 2 emails..... I have not even had a response! Goadsbys staff are incredibly incompetent and I would not employ any of them! I am a good tennent with a secure professional job, I am also looking for my first mortgage in the very near future, there is NO chance I will be buying through Goadsby. If i cannot trust them to fix a window how can I trust them to act reasonable during a property purchase?! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Never dealt with such a poor unprofessional, disorganised, school boy outfit. Staff do not know what is required, I suggest that serious training is given or a rethink if the uninterested staff actually want to work in the industry at all! Having dealt with these people I can see why there are so many bad reports about them. Initially it actually took 6 weeks to be approved for the let, they claimed they had never received the first set of references which all my referees confirmed they had sent out. Worst estate agent in Poole. I overheard them talking about a ridiculously low offer to some prospective buyer just because I had said that I was looking for a fast sale. They even denied this when I confronted them. They don't return calls, they're some of the worst sales people I've ever seen.... Read Full Review
