i cant stress how poor this company is we went to view a house with them the other day and took mother with us and she was disabled, the lady want to rush us around in 2 mins flat and then went to show us the garage and walked off at 100mph leaving us behind due to disabled lady then we asked about pets and it was a point blank NO she got in car and drove off, the proffessional manor from her was bad. if it was me you are there to sell something you take your time get them interested stay with them wen walking around not walk off and make it look like you in a rush to get home. and on the right move website you might wanna put no pets on your add had you done this we wouldnt off gone to look, i phoned upp next day to complain and spoke to a lady called lin she said ill get manager to phone back and guess what still waiting people be careful they are rude and impatiant and waiste your time bunch off wa++ers
What agent could do to change your mind?
she was rubbish fees over priced and very rude

They are very rude, they play the landlords off the tenants. We have never met such rude people. When there is a issue they wont approach the landlord with even one member of staff saying the landlord is horrible, please avoid at all... Read Full Review

on signing a one year lease i was asked to sign two months before moveing in paying up front £1575 which was £520 for 1months rent £775 deposit £190 for credit check and £95 admin this was all done in a hurry as shop was closeing soon so did'nt have a good look at contract.
