The agent doesn't keep customers informed of developments and frequently ignores emails. Infact you, as the customer, are made to feel as if you are a nuisance if you phone to ask for an update. What should be a straightforward process has been made stressful by the lack of communication by the agent. I am certain that they lose many potential customers due to this mismanagement.
