2 appointments made via Simon-one for his branch to deal with. the 2nd for another property in a nearby local branch area. Agent failed to turn up. No telephone call. No apology. No explanation. Simon was disinterested in my inconvenience despite the fact he was the one who had caused it. Said he would try and find out why the appointment hadn't been documented and seemed totally oblivious of the fact that only he could answer that question. Given that I had responded to a card put through my door , providing his personal mobile telephone number, he still can't understand why no-one turned up. Do I want to spend money with them????.
