Found them to be incredibly frustrating to deal with by phone and email. Appreciate their customer is the landlord but some common courtesy to the tenant would be appreciated. Very very unhappy with Regent Lettings. They seem to have forgotten that the customer is the person that they should be trying to provide a service to.
