We enjoyed living at Crawford Place which was close to the town centre and we found Regent Lettings very helpful. Their property management team were very responsive when we had maintenance that was required at the property.

Found them to be incredibly frustrating to deal with by phone and email. Appreciate their customer is the landlord but some common courtesy to the tenant would be appreciated. Very very unhappy with Regent Lettings. They seem to have forgotten that the customer is the person that they should be trying to provide a service to. I've rented several houses until now and Regent Lettings is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. They neither answer the emails nor the phone calls.
