Please god if you are thinking of getting a property via waterloo property management, greentree lettings or Century 21 oldham branch who have now taken over (same staff though) do not bother. Weve been in the house for 2 years and are now on the council house register to get out of here. They are the absolute worst company members of staff are full of RUBBISH and will tell you anything to get you off the phone bothering them they probably sit in that office all day doing naff all ! As long as theyve got your money they are happy. See below the list of things wrong with the property 1. Damp 2. Gutter leaks and causes flooding at the front door everytime it rains which then soaks into the bricks causing the walls in our living room to crumble. 3. We still have a tree which fell down in our garden from november 2 years ago !!!!! Which they wont move 4. We was without a gas safety certificate check/ certificate for 3 months which is illegal on there part. 5. Toilet wouldnt flush and took them 4months to get someone to fix it. 6. Water was leaking from the bath plug into the floor under the bath causing water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. 7. 2 out of 4 gas hobs broken took them 18 months to send someone out. 8.oven door smashed up since before we moved in still broken to this day. 9. Boiler is now broken pressure leak raidiators not working and hot water not on so I will be now holding my rent until its sorted. hoping for emergency housing with the council as we have a small child age 20 months in the house. * Despise having to line there pockets with our hard earned cash for them so sit on their backsides all day doing nothing!! AVIOD PEOPLE PLEASE !!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Get in touch and provide copies of their communications with the owner of the property. They could have Been more proactive in getting a boiler repair person to the property in hours instead of days.

Never return phone calls. Constantly telling you the property needs work and going ahead with it and billing you yet no work was needed. Work undertaken on property with out consent and then the work is done to a very poor standard. You have to chase them every month to get your rent. A over all... Read Full Review

This is the worse letting agency ever. Every time I have an issue they take weeks maybe months to fix things. Even though I always pay my rent on time.
