Absolutely terrible!!! I regret and curse the day I got a contract with them! They are absolutely uncaring, don't answer their phone, don't answer e-mails! They left me without hot water and heating on DURING THE SUMMER! I complained so many times, everything in this flat seems to be broken and they didn't fix it as promised prior to my move-in date! On top of that they mis-sold the flat to me - it was advertised and rented as unfurnished and when I moved in it was part-furnished! The light bulbs were hanging down from the ceiling and nobody fixed them, they just put them back without sealing them! Those agents also left me with a broken window that cannot bee closed for more than 3 months! And now heating doesn't work (and it's 2 degrees outside and Jayne Curtis knows of my issue!) and there seems to be no emergency helpline available so I will go to a hotel and invoice them! They also made me pay for professional cleaning and my flat wasn't cleaned professionally! When I opened the freezer I saw HAIR and food lefrovers in the ice! Jayne Curtis and a contractor saw that with their own eyes and promised it will be sorted by after half a year it's still not done! Liars! They are so so terrible I have no words to describe! Never do any sort of business with them!
