Despite being a difficult property to let and having been vacant for a long period, the staff at Courtneys kept positive and kept suggesting various options and improvements to help market the house. No admin fees charged as property had been vacant for a long period. I appreciated this gesture as Courtneys had suggested reducing the rent in order to attract a tenant.
