Despite being a difficult property to let and having been vacant for a long period, the staff at Courtneys kept positive and kept suggesting various options and improvements to help market the house. There were several applications which were tempting but Courtneys advised me to refuse on the grounds they were not suitable. We now have what we hope will be a good tenant - worth waiting for!
Comments on Agent Fees
No admin fees charged as property had been vacant for a long period. I appreciated this gesture as Courtneys had suggested reducing the rent in order to attract a tenant.
