DO NOT USE! I am a prospective tenant who was looking for properties and had seen two flats from Creston's that I liked. The first one, in Camden, upon inquiry about the property, I was given the runaround. I was told I could not get in to see the property despite requesting a viewing every other day for several weeks. The story changed constantly as to why I could not get access. One minute it was due to the tenant's then I was told it was because the landlord wasn't in the country with keys. Despite all this, I went as far as to make an offer without actually viewing as I liked what I saw online. My email was never responded to (still waiting on an acknowledgement from September!). Yesterday, another of their properties that I liked went online. I inquired about it against my better judgement and went to view it today. The property was NOT the one listed both on Rightmove and on their own website. The property I was supposed to see was a 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, portered building with lift. Instead the flat I was taken to see was a 1 Double, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, no porter, no lift. The pictures were completely different and when I confronted the estate agent about he he could not have been less bothered. Thank God i read these reviews before parting with my money (he wanted two weeks deposit from me BEFORE he even puts the offer to the landlord). The company is staffed by charlatans! Please avoid at all costs.
