Overall they seem to be fairly good when taking your money and when there are no problems, but we have recently reported a broken extractor fan in our bathroom, two weeks later they have sent out one electrician that they 'use all the time' who turned up early (not usually to be grumbled at' but when we didn't get to the door in time as i was getting ready for work (8.20 in the morning) he left without even trying to call me etc. since this halls have not even bothered to respond to a message i left, and when i got through to our area manager, she was very much backing this electrician and told me i should just open my windows to let the condensation out... our bathroom has no windows. the conversation was left with this woman telling me she will try and get another electrician.. we shall see.
