Stags Truro office is situated in Lemon Street, a wide attractive Georgian street, which is widely regarded as the best street in the city. The office was opened in 1999 and has a flourishing estate agents team and an e
stablished letting agents team. The Professional Services department can also be found here, giving expert advice on all planning, estate management and rural business issues, as well as carrying out professional valuations for probate, matrimonial disputes and inheritance tax to name but a few.
There are plenty of attractions in Truro, including the indoor Pannier Market, which is open all year round, the Hall for Cornwall (a performing arts venue), The Royal Cornwall Museum, and the Winter Festival, with its hugely popular paper lantern parade. The independent and state schools in the area rank well and offer education from 3 – 18.
Truro and the surrounding area is a wonderful part of the world and boasts renowned surfing beaches, coastal walks and excellent sailing waters. Within easy reach of the city are historic fishing villages including Fowey, Mevagissey, St Mawes, Mousehole, St Ives and Padstow.

As the executor of a Will I was in a position where I had to sell a house in Marazion, near Penzance but whilst living in Nottingham. Stags were recommended to me and I met with Ben S who is the Manager of the Truro branch. The house was sold very soon after they put it onto the market and the whole process was carried out by Stags in a thoroughly efficient and professional way. I am a demanding client who expects a very good service and I was not disappointed. Ben E, a sales agent in their branch, was my day-to-day contact and he kept me up-to-date at all times with what was happening. Ben S, the Manager, helped out in respect of a particular legal point and he, like Ben E, was most supportive, very pleasant to deal with and filled me with confidence. I was delighted by the service I received from start to finish and would certainly use Stags Truro again should the need arise.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Given the speed with which the house was sold and the thoroughly efficient service I received from the Manager and staff at Stags Truro I feel that the fees represented excellent value for money.
