Putterills recently sold my late mum's house. Whilst showing round the prospective buyers they left the back door wide open. We only discovered this when a neighbour rang my sister who was away on holiday. The door had been wide open for three days so we could have been burgled or the house squatted. I had no response to my email of complaint to tony putterill. The branch manager said they would send a gift to my niece who had to drive over from Watford to secur the house but this never materialised. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
