Bill Burns - Owner This man is a crook - he owes me 5 months rent which he has collected from my tenants but which mysterious get lost in the banking system. I have recieved 4 post dated cheques to clear the arrears and guess what....................the first cheque has bounced. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
What agent could do to change your mind?
It is not rocket science to collect rent, deduct a %age and pass on the remainder promptlly to a landlord! I am considering calling police as he has stolen my money!

I have had trouble with Bill Burn since day one (3 -4 years ago). I fortunately pulled the plug on dealing with him in September and get my rent direct now.
