I have had trouble with Bill Burn since day one (3 -4 years ago). I fortunately pulled the plug on dealing with him in September and get my rent direct now. He still owes me August's rent and the deposit from my tenant, which I have taken him to court for. The latest hot off the press news today ... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
It is not rocket science to collect rent, deduct a %age and pass on the remainder promptlly to a landlord! I am considering calling police as he has stolen my money!
