The rudest, most unprofessional letting agent I've ever had to deal with. Whilst the condition of the property wasn't too bad when I moved in, there were a few problems which I reported to the company office, only to be told I had to report these issues directly to the landlord (who also happened to be the letting agent), and was given another number to call him on. I called this number and was instantly met with agression and hostility. He hung up on me and then proceeded to send me rude and abusive text messages, accusing me of damaging his property and trying to claim money for it. To top things off, he refused to speak to me on his office number so it was very difficult to get any dialogue with him. Having spoken to some of my co-residents, some of them had similar experiences before I moved in, and had saved his abusive emails as evidence. To top things off, the bills we were paying claimed to include council tax, but I sometimes found torn up council tax forms in the bin after a landlord's inspection, which clearly showed that the landlord was registered as the sole occupant of the house. There were 6 tenants living in there. Avoid this company like the plague, and also avoid the other company run by the same man - Hallam and Co.
