Have used Dandara from when we bought our apartment off plan to completion. Then for tenanting the property till July 2015 when we sold the property. We can only say that the customer service was above and beyond , even when we were abroad , contact was constant by email and we had very good tenants in all the years we rented through them. Would highly recommend this company to any and everybody who wants property managment. The staff were very professional and friendly throughout our time with them. We give them 10 out of 10!!!!!!!! These letting agents were so unhelpful in cancelling a PCN that I was issued by a parking company for parking in my personal spot without a ticket. Unfortunately I would not recommend living here. The apartments themselves are nice, and the staff on reception are lovely and always try to help! Everything was great until I checked out. They wanted to take £400 off my deposit for repairs that are out of scope for tenants and should be paid for by the landlord. Eventually I won my case via deposit protection as they deemed Dandaras claims to be exaggerated and ultimately only paid... Read Full Review
