Bad estate agent - Are quite happy to lie about properties, argue their incorrect views about properties if you say it's not for you. Heaven forbid you inform them you are interested in property offered by another estate agent. I had several calls letting me know that "that house has been for sale for months because it has really bad neighbours. I suggest looking elsewhere"... I am happy to be buying a house through another agent instead. Anyone other than Redwoods.

Awful estate agent. We rented a property for a year in Millard close Basingstoke. The property itself was owned by Stephen Knight - avoid this landlord at all costs! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
