Awful estate agent. We rented a property for a year in Millard close Basingstoke. The property itself was owned by Stephen Knight - avoid this landlord at all costs! Bad estate agent - Are quite happy to lie about properties, argue their incorrect views about properties if you say it's not for you. Trully bloody awful - typifying everything that is terrible about an estage agent and proving all the sterotypes of this profession. I had a solicitor lined up, but they bullied me into using their's (more expensive) instead. I was later charged £100 for the privalage of having using the solicitor they recommended. Don't fall for this if you use ... Read Full Review

They are absolutely a rip off for letting. I will never use them again and would recomend that you use anybody but them. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
