I called for Deposit Refund the staff don,t have any manners how to speak to tenant VERY RUDE , as i said can u please repeat how the process work of refund, i never expected answer from him saying are u gone MAD, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

This estate agent does not even deserve a negative rating. They are unprofessional bunch of people sitting there to harass customers. They have no ethics . Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
