Agent noted property was 'dirty' yet still allowed tenant to move in. Agent noted 'loose fitting, needs attention' on lounge light fitting yet did nothing. No worry about potentially dangerous light fitting : ( Raised letter of complaint on 15th April - 22nd May stll awaiting a response. Three requests for data ignored. When landlord took tenant's property Clee did nothing to assist but encourage tenant to contact the police. Thanks for your assistance guys.....NOT. When researching this agent I found a tenant's full tenancy agreement on-line including their full HSBC bank details plus landlord's name and address and the guarantor's name and address but amazingly the tenant's HSBC bank details. if you are a tenant, guarantor or landlord and do not believe an agent could publish such private information.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Very unprofessional with unfortunate attitude.

26 Aug 2015Obviously this is quite an old posting and all the issues within it have been dealt with to the complete satisfaction of all involved. Also the HSBC 'leak' was completely 'sealed' as soon as it was brought to our attention.
