Our property sold with 48 hours of being online. Only 1 viewing took place so the staff were certainly not overworked! Sadly we were mis-informed about the offer of their solicitor company that they strongly recommended. I emailed the manager of the Falmouth branch and explained my queries. He replied to say he was looking into it. I then emailed to chase this up, to be told he was still looking into it. This was October 2014 and I've had no explanation to date. They got their sale and simply have no after care service in place. Very, very disappointed and shall never recommend them to anyone.
What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have had the manners to look into my queries and respond to them accordingly.

They had no work to do selling my property, it was possibly the easiest sale ever!

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have had the manners to look into my queries and respond to them accordingly.
