I arranged for a valuation of my flat and the agent was friendly and helpful so I instructed him to sell my property. Fortunately I had instructed another agent as well, as once I gave him the keys I never heard another word from anyone at Barnard Marcus. I was not informed when viewings where taking place and never received any promised feedback. I received various offers from the other agents and sold my property quite quickly, no thanks to Barnard Marcus.

Worst experience ever! Not only the agent was almost 45 minutes late for the visit whereas I warned I had a very tight schedule, but they also made me pay a holding deposit for a flat that was already rent! 18 Jun 2019Absolutely ridiculous! They accepted my offer when the flat was already rented by another agency. They ask me for all documents, made me go through the refenrece process and then kept postponing...

Terrible service from the sales department from day 1. Lies throughout, dealt with 3 different sales staff from this branch. Poor communication, unprofessional. Do not use this agent! The staff are rude and do not ever get back to you when they say they will. We were mis-guided into paying a higher rent then we thought we had agreed despite the agent knowing full we could not pay more than we stated and thus have had financial difficulties since. Well firstly, they agreed on a move in date and then said they need to still complete works to the property.
