Cooke Estates were my agent for the last two and half years and can highly rate them. They were very fast and helpful with arranging my viewing and helping to get moved in quickly. During my tenancy they were always clear and helpful when issues arose. They really stood out with their customer service at the end of my tenancy when I had to deal with a tricky landlord. Janet was particularly helpful and guided me through how to manage the issue. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely useless. 'Managed' my letting but were incapable of finding a contractor to box in a boiler. Also had 2 months notice that my tenant was leaving and only advertised it a couple of days before she moved out. Didn't even put it on Rightmove, just Zoopla and Gumtree! Clearly trying to save ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
