Absolutely useless. 'Managed' my letting but were incapable of finding a contractor to box in a boiler. Also had 2 months notice that my tenant was leaving and only advertised it a couple of days before she moved out. Didn't even put it on Rightmove, just Zoopla and Gumtree! Clearly trying to save ...
