Stay well clear of these agents who make their own rules up as they go along, I was offered a property but failed to mention 6 months upfront which I have no reason to put 6 months upfront down as I work full time, even though I could afford to put 6 months down, the service I received was just so shocked, I had to ring everyday for 4 weeks so could you imagine what kind of service I would of got if something needed fixing while I had already paid 6 months upfront just so they can earn abit on interest.6 month rent upfront to me is so dodgy, * * I'll be telling everyone to stay well away

7 Mar 2017I would just like to say I would not recommend anyone to rent from jillings estates the reason been Oliver jillings is nice, kind and charming until you've moved into the property. The house I looked at and put a deposit down also moved into was lovely for the first week, after the first week we had damp on every wall in our home also BLACK MOULD Oliver was made aware of this more then once he had not sorted it even after emails letters and going to citizens advice. Oliver has now sent me a letter to tell me I have to leave due to no rent been paid I'm sorry but the house isn't fit enough to put a dog in there. Also they make things up as they go alone tell lies go back on what they have said, it's very hard to contact them as the phone is never picked up and if it is I get spoken to very rudley witch makes me not want to speak to them Oliver is very aggressive and comes across as intimidating. Just remember people want a home not a scwat

Tenant of the above letting agent for 18months. Heating system developed a problem in January 2013 which to this day has not been resolved.
