Deena was excellent as she told me all the details I needed to know about renting my flat. She was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to and knew her job well. She kept me informed of all the tenants information and any queries he had. Fiona is also excellent, as any job's that needed to be done in the flat she organised it without delay and informed me of the price before the work was began so I could go elsewhere if I wanted. Fiona is also very pleasant to talk to and she knows her job well. She was also very helpful if I had any queries.

I was landlord with the company for around 10 years. I was misled with regards to the deposit scheme which cost me most of the deposit as well as a repair bill for several thousand pounds. The service was absolutely appalling, unprofessional, rude, not willing to help at all. Only interested in collecting the fee. Will be taking the issue to the property ombudsman.
