I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company. My experience of them was horrific. They were quite happy to take my money and leave me with no hot water, infestations of vermin and waste water leaking though from the bathroom to the kitchen. Whenever I tried to get matters fixed, they would repeatedly procrastinate with ridiculous emails with such stupid questions, until I eventually had to get the council involved. The council issued five pages of suggestions of repairs to be made on the property Bowen Son and Watson had deemed habitable, and it was only the absolute minimum (the asbestos, smoke alarms etc) that was considered by the company. Bowen Son and Watson, kept blaming the landlord for not fixing the property, yet they are the ones who put it on the market! Please learn from my experience and keep away. Use anyone else apart from Karen Goold and ** James Sumner. Use them at your peril!
