Awful experience. Lacking in customer care. I moved out of the property 5 weeks ago and have still have not received my deposit back despite contacting Campsie numerous times. They were very slow to arrange maintenance and repair work which needed doing in the flat. They were also very unclear when stating fees and charges associated with moving into and out of the property. Steer clear of these sharks!

The agent overvalued my property and gave me unrealistic acheivable values. However at the time I thought they were the best ones to go for as they could get me a higher price. If they were professional and actually gave realsitic property values and advice. Even when I had offers well below their asking price I wish then atleast if they would tell me that the offers were worth considering. Not telling me to hold out for offers that would never come! (and unrealistic) Looking back now its easy to see where I went wrong but I believed them. Big mistake. After this I will never change my mind on them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
