I lived in one of Glocal's properties for one year. The service that I received was very bad, specially from Brian. Very bad, there are a lot of fees that are not mentioned when you sign the contract and that they take from your deposit when you leave the property. As mentioned, they charge to renew the contract and turned it into a rolling contract (the fee is 216 GBP) and they charge in order to terminate the contract (60 GBP).

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
The Glocal Residential complaints procedure has been structured to ensure that any concerns are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please follow this process: Speak to your Negotiator or Manager In order that your concerns are addressed as efficiently as possible we ask that you first raise the issues verbally with the Manager of the Glocal Residential office concerned. Write to the Director for the area/dept Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. Write to the Director of Customer Services and Compliance of Glocal Residential Director of Customer Services and Compliance Glocal Residential 74 Bristol Street Birmingham B5 7AH This complaint will also be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of this investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. Following the Director of Customer Services and Compliance's investigation, a written statement expressing Glocal Residential' final view will be sent to you. This will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman within six months for a review. Refer the matter to the Ombudsman
