This is the worst lettings agency I have ever dealt with. All they care about is extracting as much money from the tenant as possible. The service was terrible right from the start and we almost didn't rent the property through them as they kept pestering us during our holiday... I should have trusted my instinct. They don't provide any help with issues, unless they need money.
