Absolutely appalling service. They do not keep their word. We moved in to a shabby property which was filthy. When we moved out we had painted the kitchen, done other repairs, blocked up mouse holes etc, as it was an old building. We ended up losing a big chunk of our deposit for no reason other than some dirt on i side of window casing, which was because the windows were rotten. No back up from Argyle, in fact we felt set up and let down by them. We now realise that our deposit was taken to enable the owners to re-furb the property after we moved out. However there is some justice because owners have not been able to sell and we note that Argyle have also lost this contract to manage the property. Keep away from them at all costs !!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Estate agents are expected to play farely, whereas they were biased in favour of the owner to secure their own business interests, which ended up backfiring! Lesson learnt? I hope so! Some staff extremely patronising and damn right unprofessional.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Estate agents are expected to play farely, whereas they were biased in favour of the owner to secure their own business interests, which ended up backfiring! Lesson learnt? I hope so! Some staff extremely patronising and damn right unprofessional.
