Absolutely appalling service. They do not keep their word. We moved in to a shabby property which was filthy. When we moved out we had painted the kitchen, done other repairs, blocked up mouse holes etc, as it was an old building. We ended up losing a big chunk of our deposit for no reason ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Estate agents are expected to play farely, whereas they were biased in favour of the owner to secure their own business interests, which ended up backfiring! Lesson learnt? I hope so! Some staff extremely patronising and damn right unprofessional.
