I received outstanding service when selling a bungalow. I was particularly impressed by: * their speed and the thoroughness of the replies on particular matters; * I lived approximately 80 miles from the property and they dealt with all matters in an exemplary manner without the need for a visit from me e.g at one of their weekly visits they identified a water leek. After gaining my permission they arranged for a very modestly priced plumber to fix it. * They were not solely dependent on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. though they do use them * The property was sold to a cash purchaser on the day it was offered for sale at the top end of the price range which I had received from more than one independent valuer. * Because Probate took longer than expected and they managed to keep the purchaser interested throughout. * Because they don't seem to employ a separate receptionist the respondent always had a full knowledge of the property and where is was in the process. The agents were very professional and polite throughout the period. Property inspections were carried out on schedule and they reported back to me. They were outstanding.
