From our initial point of contact through to our sale completion the team at Reeds Rains Woolton were extremely professional , knowledgeable and nothing was ever too much trouble. Holly the Branch Manager visited us to value our home and I was immediately impressed with the prep Holly had done on the local market , the list of clients she had looking for similar properties to ours and the valuation she gave on our home, I felt that Holly came across as caring about selling our home and she gave me the confidence that a sale could be reached easily and we immediately decided to instruct as our agent. Our home went live on the website on a Friday and the team at Reeds Rains contacted clients on their database who were looking for a property like ours and a viewing for Saturday was arranged which resulted in our house receiving an offer just short of our asking price but the buyers were in a position to move immediately, the team at Reeds Rains had successfully matched our home to their database clients needs and had achieved a sale in 24 hours. We have so much praise for the team at Woolton as they all genuinely care about your sale or purchase, no matter which member of the team you speak to you always get complete confidence that they are striving to achieve the best result. Thanks to all the team at Reeds Rains Woolton for such a smooth house sale.

I was selling my deceased mothers property as executor . The agent was sympathetic and supportive, regularly updating me as to any interest, viewings or progress, and advising as to the suitability of each offer and the likelihood of receiving an improved offer.
