Brilliant service, would definitely recommend. We had tried to sell our property with a different agent (Connells - avoid at all costs!!) with no luck. So we asked Zak to come round and value our house. He advised the price was right but rather than market it at �160k, to put offers over �155k (which was our minimum) to attract more people. Also to put more photos on as this reduces time wasters so potential buyers really have a good idea of what they are looking at. He also offered a free video tour of our house to put on Rightmove etc and we would only be tied into Newton Falowell for a period of 8 weeks on a no sale no fee basis (so they are motivated to sell). He didn't pressure us, but followed up the visit with a phone call and letter a few days later to confirm what we had discussed. We decided to go with them and Thomas came to take the photos and video (with a proper camera and lens, not just a digital one). He made sure we were happy with them and later that day emailed a proof of the particulars. The description was great and enticing. Within 2 days we had 10 viewings booked for that week - 3 on Thursday and 7 on the Saturday. Each time, Thomas or Zak would keep in good communication with us, either by calling, texting or emailing, depending on which we preferred. By the Friday we had an offer which we accepted for more than the asking price and that was it - job done! From then on, Zak would keep us posted with any updates as necessary and the sale went through in 9 weeks (delayed 2 weeks by us until we found a house). So fantastic work, thanks a lot
